“This leadership course had been the most enjoyable one I have participated in.  I felt engaged throughout all phases.  Fantastic job as the facilitator thank you!  My goal is to apply what I have learned in my day to day activities.  I need to be curious, ask questions and understand that my role as a leader can impact others. Maureen clearly laid out the process before I began. When I first handed in my first few chapters to her, she spent so much time with me over the phone going over all my questions.
