“I have a better goal in mind of the kind of leader I aspire to be and what style might be the most effective for me.”
“The most valuable aspect of this program was the triad coaching calls because you rarely in life get to talk about leadership experiences/opportunities and what they FELT like.”

“The most valuable aspect of this program was the triad coaching calls because you rarely in life get to talk about leadership experiences/opportunities and what they FELT like. No one ever asks you or guides you through it. And therefore, you never really learn what you did well and what you could have done differently. I also found it very valuable to realize that leadership opportunities are sometimes not obvious. They are not the classic "leadership" roles we associate with the term. Through this program I have a better goal in mind of the kind of leader I aspire to be and what style might be the most effective for me.”

“This leadership course had been the most enjoyable one I have participated in.”
“I felt engaged throughout all phases of this course. My goal is to apply what I have learned in my day to day activities. I need to be curious, ask questions and understand that my role as a leader can impact others. Asking the right questions and looking for the perspective of the other person has helped in my daily interactions. It will enable me to allow my staff more opportunities to take more responsibility and ownership. It was very timely and I learned a lot. Thank you Maureen!”

“This leadership course had been the most enjoyable one I have participated in. I felt engaged throughout all phases. Fantastic job as the facilitator thank you! My goal is to apply what I have learned in my day to day activities. I need to be curious, ask questions and understand that my role as a leader can impact others. I have already implemented a number of things that I learned from this course. I have found that recent interactions with my peers and on a personal level have given me a better understanding of their perspective which allows for a more productive meeting/session/conversation. For myself, asking the right questions and looking for the perspective of the other person has helped in my daily interactions. It will enable me to allow my staff more opportunities to take more responsibility and ownership.
It was very timely and I learned a lot. Thank you Maureen!”

“The best help Maureen gave me is coaching me to trust myself and the process.”
“She gave me tips to take all of my doubts and throw them away, so by the end of the process, I was depending upon her less and less, and trusting myself more and more. I highly recommend future students work with Maureen throughout their OLP journey. She was a great support, a wonderful guide, and most importantly, a fantastic coach.”

“It has been a pleasure to work with Maureen Clarke as my OLP Supervisor. During our very first phone call, even before she agreed to take me on as a student, I felt her calming presence. She asked me great coaching questions and even gave me some tips to calm myself down as I started my journey.
Maureen clearly laid out the process before I began. When I first handed in my first few chapters to her, she spent so much time with me over the phone going over all my questions. Her feedback on my writing and process were invaluable, and it really kept me on track. She was always quick to respond when handing in my work which helped me stay on schedule. However, the best help Maureen gave me is coaching me to trust myself and the process. She gave me tips to take all of my doubts and throw them away, so by the end of the process, I was depending upon her less and less, and trusting myself more and more.
