“This leadership course had been the most enjoyable one I have participated in.  I felt engaged throughout all phases.  Fantastic job as the facilitator thank you!  My goal is to apply what I have learned in my day to day activities.  I need to be curious, ask questions and understand that my role as a leader can impact others. I have already implemented a number of things that I learned from this course.  I have found that recent interactions with my peers and on a personal level have given me a better understanding of their perspective which allows for a more productive meeting/session/conversation.  For myself, asking the right questions and looking for the perspective of the other person has helped in my daily interactions.  It will enable me to allow my staff more opportunities to take more responsibility and ownership.
