  • Created leadership competency models for a global Medical Diagnostics company and a Credit Union to support the ongoing deep development of leadership capacity.
  • Facilitated management and executive teams within the Hospitality industry. The goal: to determine vision, values and 'next step' strategies.

  • Designed and delivered a multitude of competency-based transformational leadership learning programs aimed at creating a culture of coaching within a variety of industries.

  • Provided leadership capacity coaching to individuals and groups, from executives to front-line employees. Industries included: Health Care, Education, Higher Education, Provincial Governments, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Diagnostics, Environmental, and Independent Business.

Where We've Done It Before:

  • Developed and delivered work-life strategy sessions for global Pharmaceutical company. The goal: to make work-life integration a key business objective.
  • Created, delivered, measured and provided coaching accountability support for work-life learning programs for a Credit Union and global Pharmaceutical company. The goals: to increase engagement, decrease turnover and reduce stress-related absenteeism.
  • Co-created and managed a corporate parent education program as a source of employee learning and development in the Banking industry. The objectives: to ensure employee retention, reduce employee stress at home, minimize absenteeism due to family conflicts, and create a community of parents learning as a team.
  • Provided individual and group coaching to Provincial Government, Education, Banking, and Pharmaceutical sectors. The goals: to reduce stress and increase psychological well-being through work-life integration and balance strategies.
