dynamic and engaging leader, coach and facilitator, Maureen’s
career began over 15 years ago in the fields of Sales Training
and Leadership Development and at the senior levels of private
sector organizations – primarily Johnson & Johnson.
As a leader, coach and consultant, she is passionate about
transforming organizations into great places to work. Maureen
believes that relationships between individuals and a view
of organizations as systems and communities of practice
will ensure talent retention and authentic workforce engagement.
Maureen is an Associate Certified Coach through the International
Coach Federation (ICF), holds an undergraduate degree from
the University of Oregon, a Masters Degree in Leadership,
and has completed her coach training with the Coaches Training
Institute (CTI). Maureen has also received her Group
Coaching Essentials through Potentials Realized, and Body
Centered Coaching through Body Mind Spirit Coaching.
The Blueprint Group’s mission is to improve organizational
performance by developing initiatives and innovative solutions

Maureen’s role as coach and consultant is one of champion,
with an authentic, big picture approach that moves individuals
and organizations forward in living out their vision and values.
She has coached numerous individuals, from CEOs to supervisors
to front-line staff. Maureen’s coaching and consulting
has given people and organizations the skills necessary to
adapt to change, move through transition, engage in difficult
conversations and enhance leadership capacity—all resulting
in improvements in personal and organizational productivity.
