Shannan Brown is a certified life coach who uses her energy and positive nature to
connect with clients. Not one to shy away from tough subjects, she aims to create better
leaders with bold conversations. With a coaching practice that now spans several provinces
she welcomes new clients to meet by phone or Skype.
She also works as a consultant on strategy and human resource projects in a variety of industries from
retail to resources. Over the last 15 years, she has developed and delivered human resource
initiatives, first while working in the banking industry and now as an independent consultant.
During a merger, she facilitated a successful coaching program with an emotional intelligence
component that supported leaders through change. She also acted as the internal coach in her role
as the Senior Manager, Organizational Development. Now as a consultant, her greatest joy is
ensuring her client relationships bring meaningful results.
Shannan is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
She recently completed a Masters in Business Administration from Royal Roads University specializing
in consulting. While there she represented the Masters students on the Academic Council and received
the class Leadership Award as voted by her peers. After a multi-country tour of Africa in 2008, she
is returning on a Fellowship to aid women entrepreneurs in Tanzania.
Sarah is an executive & leadership coach, facilitator,
and organizational development consultant committed to facilitating
human excellence. She is dedicated to supporting individuals
engage in personal and professional leadership in a context
that maximizes human capacity, organizational capabilities,
and contributions to societal well-being.
The focus of Sarah’s practice is on leadership presence
& development, creating coaching cultures, and supporting
individuals, teams, and organizations to be adaptive and resilient
in the face of continuous change. Her key working themes are
relationships – resilience – results!
Sarah’s previous professional activities include designing
and directing a comprehensive individual and organizational
wellness program for a public sector organization and senior
consultant positions focused on the human and social processes
in organizations. She has also worked as a professional counselor
in private practice.
Sarah is a credentialed member of the International Coach
Federation. She holds Masters degrees in Leadership and Counseling,
undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology, a graduate
certificate in executive coaching, and a certificate in conflict
resolution. She is a certified Legacy Leadership® coach
& facilitator, and has engaged in professional development
in facilitating whole system organization change and participatory
group process methods. She is qualified to administer the
MBTI, EQ-in-Action, and other assessment instruments.
Sherry
LeBlanc brings an unwavering dedication to supporting individuals
and groups at all organizational levels in their pursuit of
professional and personal success with bottom-line results.
Sherry’s success as a coach stems from her unique blend
of professional experiences and formal coaching education.
Sherry spent 15 years as a senior manager in dental healthcare
and 13 years as a business owner in the hospitality industry.
This knowledge and expertise provides her with an excellent
context within which she can understand and confidently coach
her clients. She espouses the principles of mind/body balance
and calls upon her fitness background and credentials to help
clients bring competing areas of their lives into alignment.
Her professional experience is complemented by a Graduate
Certificate in Executive Coaching (2001) from Royal Roads
University. Since obtaining her certificate, Sherry’s
relationship with the University has grown to include roles
as an Assistant Faculty Member, Certification Evaluator, Presenter
and Mentor Coach. Sherry is proud to compliment her RRU certificate
with the following: Licensed Executive Wellcoach, Certified
Corporate Athlete Coach; Values Online Facilitator and certified
to use the Team Diagnostic Assessment.
Becky
Matchullis has provided coaching to strategic leaders and
managers across a broad array of organizations for the past
9 years. Her experience spans the profit & non-profit
worlds in both domestic and global contexts. Becky brings
empathy, understanding and a deep knowledge of the psychology
of transition to her coaching, which provides a key perspective
when working with the ever-changing landscape leaders must
navigate.
Becky is an Associate Certified Coach through the International
Coach Federation (ICF), having completed her coach training
with the Coaches Training Institute. Her passion is to facilitate
the growth and development of insightful, high achieving individuals
so they purposefully obtain the results they desire.
She works with her clients to develop practical strategies
which lead them to take action towards their vision. She focuses
on supporting and challenging leaders to identify their own
leadership brand and ensure that their good intentions actually
match the impact that they have on others. Becky supports
leaders to leverage their strengths, mitigate weaknesses,
remove blocks, and develop and implement strong action plans
that help them reach their highest potential and performance.
Penny has over 20 years of experience in the Learning and Leadership Development field, spanning
several industries both as an internal and external resource. Her work experience is complemented
by a Masters Degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University and a coaching designation
from the Coach Training Institute.
Penny has focused her coaching practice on working with people who want to develop their strengths as leaders
and who are keen to learn. Her client portfolio includes new Managers through to Senior Executives that
live and work both locally and internationally. She specializes in working with women who are growing as
leaders and are looking for solutions to allow them to manage the balance between career and life.
Penny has spent many years working at a senior level and understands that practicality, goal orientation and
impact are important elements to her coaching and consulting work. With all of her coaching clients, she
uses a goal setting/success outcome process and frequently checks back against those goals to ensure that
coaching is supporting the client in his or her plan. She holds her clients accountable to that plan and
to their values. As a result, she expects that they will be active participants in the coaching process as
they strive to make changes in their leadership style, or broader life goals.
